A particular feature of this is the contribution provided by students.
Students are regularly interviewed with regard to courses. The results are made available to faculty, students, academic directors, deans and the President’s Board. If any results call for action, the faculty member concerned will take measures.
Learning and placement success as a programme objective
At the level of programmes, graduates are regularly interviewed and comparative data analyses are conducted to assess the quality of teaching, learning successes and placement successes on the labour market. The Institute of Business Education and Educational Management provides the further development of courses with concerted support.
Rankings and other external feedback
Surveys among employers and alumni, as well as third-party surveys, peer reviews, accreditations and rankings play an important part in the HSG’s quality development.
Best teacher receives a prize
The Student Union of the HSG organises its own evaluations and contributions. Among other things, it sets up student evaluation teams and annually awards a prize for excellent teaching to a faculty member.
