Julia Nentwich’s research interests lie in the field of qualitative organizational research. She examines questions of change and resistance, gender, diversity and "Otherness " as well as sustainable development. Being responsible for the teaching programme in psychology on assessment level she is concerned with questions of teaching critical thinking in management education.
Mohammed Shafiullah’s current research lies in the areas of socially distributed cognition and cognitive processes in intercultural communication. He contributes to the OPSY team in the areas of distributed cognition and neurocognitive processes in intercultural management. His main areas of research are as follows:
■ Neurocognitive processes in intercultural communication
■ Socially distributed cognition
■ Neurocognitive processes in language, imagery, emotion and attention
■ Psychology of learning
As a Research Associate at the University of St. Gallen English Department, he is currently working on a project related to the Bangladeshi diaspora in London.
