Rosetta Stone® Foundations

The Language Center of the University of St.Gallen is giving students the opportunity to obtain a license for the online language course Rosetta Stone® Catalyst at a reduced price. The first part of Catalyst is called Rosetta Stone Foundations. With our licence, you will gain full access to all the 24 languages available.

Rosetta Stone® Foundations introduces you to the language of your choice (see list below) and guides you up to level B1 of the CEFR. We are pleased to neetlessly give you access to Rosetta Stone® Fluency Builder, once you reach the end of the learning path. Just write us a short e-mail. If the language you are learning is provided by Fluency Builder, the software will guide you all the way up to a professional language level (C1 or C2).

What makes Rosetta Stone® Foundations so special
It's the deliberate avoidance of translations, vocabulary lists, as well as grammar lessons that distinguishes this language program from others. Instead, the program focuses on images, audio examples, and interactive exercises. This allows you to playfully learn and train many new words, expressions, and sentence structures in the new language.
